Artist Statement
I have been working as an established freelance artist since 2010 through my business Jlee Creative finding creative solutions for my clients. I have been creating art since before I could remember, and have seldom thought of anything else than to pursue that dream.

I tend to work in various mediums from canvas to digital painting. And while I embrace more modern digital mediums, traditional means still seems to come more naturally to me. Although my style is diverse, I will often find my inspirations in themes of divinity, self-awareness, and the depths of our solar system.

I opened myself up to commissions in 2010 with close friends and family, and though those small beginnings have long passed, I have allowed myself to naturally replicate those interactions between artist and client, developing a strong, creative relationship as our project progresses to completion.

I am currently earning my BFA in animation and visual effects at the Academy of Art University and expected to graduate in Fall of 2019.
